Individual Counseling

Individual counseling is a tool to help individuals to deal with the past, survive the present and find their own way into the future. Sometimes we need help in challenging times or to work on habbits or to establish new goals and makes dreams become true.

For may people these are  worrysome times. They often wish they had to worry less and could be more playful and happy, but automatic negative thoughts (Ants) are making them pessimistic or negative. Those “Ants”can lead to untrue key believes.

Indivdual counsling can help to identify such “Ants” and the untrue key believes behind them (for example: I can’t do anything right) and help the individual to realize that they are actually not correct.

New research in the function of the brain also has shown that simple but repeated actions combined with ideas can help to build new neurons in the brain to learn new and possitive ways to deal with challenges.
